Please note all sales are final which means the items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Do contact us at info@terrareflectionsmn.com should you have concerns about your order. 

We strive to package your treasures with extra care to avoid damage; however sometimes items get damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged product, email info@terrareflectionsmn.com to report damages. Return claims should be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Include photo that clearly shows the damage, original delivery package, and receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will consider returns for wrongful shipped orders.  Prior authorization is required. Email info@terrareflectionsmn.com to report and obtain a Return Authorization number.
